Coconut Masala Cauliflower

Delicious & easy to make cauliflower using our coconut masala.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Cut the cauliflower into small florets, slicing the green leaves around it. Toss with coconut masala, coconut oil, and salt and spread onto a baking sheet. Cover tightly with foil.
Step 2
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, take the foil off and continue baking for another 5 to 10 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and golden.
Step 3
Toss with herbs or greens, squeeze lime juice, and serve.
1/2 head medium cauliflower
1/2 cup Coconut Masala
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Herbs or greens for finish
Juice of half a lime

Notes & Variations

  • Alternately, sauté the cauliflower with the same ingredients instead of oven roasting it.
  • To turn this into a curry, add a cup of coconut milk.
  • To turn this into a salad, add torn lettuce leaves, herbs, sliced tomatoes, or nuts.
