Directions
Step 1
Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and pomegranate syrup in a tumbler filled with ice. Shake and strain liquids into a cold or pre-refrigerated glass with ice.
Step 2
Toss in the lemon wheels and a few pomegranate seeds.
Notes & Variations
- Use a pre-refrigerated glass for a more refreshing finish!
- Prepare the pomegranate syrup at least two hours in advance.
- To remove the sugar, replace the syrup with pomegranate juice and 1/2 ounces of honey.
- Large ice cubes are extremely fun and a great way to elevate a cocktail! Many online and restaurant stores have large ice cube trays with cube and circular variations.
